Payment Schedule Explained…

Let’s Rock is charged at £130.16 a term, your child will receive at least 12 lessons including a rock concert for parents at the end of the term.

Over the course of the academic year we charge £35.50 x 11 months. There is no charge in August.

Once set up, you can login to your account and cancel the subscription at anytime. We offer a money back guarantee if the subscription is cancelled within the first month.

With the way the school calendar is, the amount of lessons in any given month can vary. For example, December will always have fewer sessions than November. For that reason your account may occasionally go into credit or vice versa. We will always offer a refund in circumstances where the full quota of lessons is not delivered.

WHAT IF I’M SIGNING UP MIDWAY THROUGH A TERM?

We will calculate the excess and offer a partial refund in cases where the full quota of lessons are not delivered in the first month. We would advise against joining too late into a term as it may not be enough time to prepare a part for the concert. If you are signing up for next term, your next monthly payment will be rescheduled to one month after your child’s first lesson.

SUMMER HOLIDAYS & YEAR 6 LEAVERS

When the final payment of the academic year is taken in July, you will receive an automated email saying the next payment will be due in August. Please ignore this.

All payments will be frozen in August and no one will be charged again until the new academic year begins and the places automatically roll over.

Year 6 leavers, anyone leaving the school or anyone who does’t want to continue for whatever reason can login into their account using the ‘Sign In’ button at the top of this page and cancel their subscription.
